My final coin trip ends with a YOU SUCK for me **UPDATED** pic added
I went to my local dealer today. He was open, which was surprising since he is usually off between Christmas and New Year. It's a nice coin shop with a pawn show look to it. When I came in a guy was purchasing boxes of old Lionel train sets. He usually does not have any high-end stuff but I always manage to buy something nice from him. I finished paying for my coins (darkside): 1961 Canada dollar (toned) 1907 panama double die (not noted) and key date 1923 cent - French Indo-China (amazing monster double die, also not noted on flip) and I was about to walk away when he showed me Lincoln cent album. There were some nice coins in it. When I quickly went through it I noticed that the album contained some nice coins. I had no money - I went to the bank, came back and I paid for it. I paid $400 for the entire album. Te album contains a couple of 1909 cents, 1911 AU/BU, 1912, 1914 UNC RB, 1917, 1918 UNC BR, 1920, 1922-D AU+, 1924, 1926, 1927 UNC RB, 1928, 1929, 1929-D, 1930, 1930-D, 1931, 1931-S BU and then it’s complete set 1932 through 1980 with some amazing BU RD coins some of which are MS66/67 quality. Someone put some effort into this set and to top it one I found that of the coins on page 1 is............................ 1909-S VDB cent in AU55/58, it has some PVC and it will be slabbed when I get around to it. I may be able to get a couple of pics in a couple of days. Very, very happy now, hopefully the luck will carry over into the next year.days

Hell, I don't need to exercise.....I get enough just pushing my luck.
<< <i>I'll try to post the pic of the coin Saturday, my camera is 300 miles away. >>
Two possible responses to that,
Must have quite a lens on that baby
or
Yeah, I've seen eBay auctions that used that camera.
But it wouldn't surprise me if the 09s vdb has some more damage then first inspection.
