    Apparently it is the same for a package going from Canada to the USA. Full address with a proper name, or it can be returned. I remember reading something about this in the newspaper, where packages being sent from "auntie" or "grandma" were being returned, as the name was inadequate.

    I think so. It seems to me the new rules came out after the 9/11 terrorist attack.
