Has any errors been found on the Ocean in View nickels?

I remember seeing a picture of one with a die break at the 4 O'clock position on the reverse rim.

Heck, I've not even seen one of these nickels. In fact, I've only found three Bison nickels so far.

I don't know if a die break qualifies as an error

I've got an ocean view nickel with about a 20% clip on it.

I'm sure I've seen one or two genuine clips on the new nickels, but please beware as there is at least one eBay seller pawning decent looking fakes.

Someone, proably Fred Weinberg, had a new nickel (a Keelboat, I think) struck about 15% off-center on a 20% straight clipped planchet, pretty cool looking and the best commemm nickel error I've seen to date.

Thanks for the concern Sean. My specialty area is errors. This one is as real as they come. image I did not get this from eBay, by the way. image

The die break mentioned was a rim CUD, and yes, they are classified as errors. They are actually die errors.

I know you know what you're doing, Rampage, my concern was for others reading the thread. imageHere is an example of what I would call a highly suspect clipped 2005 Bison nickel, most of the other fakes I've seen have been similarly self-slabbed.
