How do you check a coin status on NGC?

where do you click or do they not offer online status like they do on PCGS

Are you a paid member or a freebie ANA member? If the latter, you can't check status.

Don't bother checking. They've been as slow as molasses lately, and I haven't had an "on time" submission from them in months.

Same reason why I dumped PCGS eons ago, and looks like I'm changing teams again.

I don't ahve a problem with either service as far as grading goes (I have my own little quirky opinions, but all in all I'm ok with both), but I can't stand to have coins take 40 days on Earlybird service etc. I get this "robbery" type feeling like they're taking my dough and I'm not getting the service I paid for empty type feeling in my stomach.

the dealer who sumbitted my coin gave me an invoice number and since im not sure it was PCGS or NGC ( pcgs doesnt have the invoice in there computer yet) so maybe it was NGC

You're submitting coins through a dealer and you don't know what service they're going to? Man, you are one casual dude!

How many digits is the invoice number, and what number does it start with?

It's the depressing reality that your submission is not going to be ready when you had hoped (on time). It's much less painful to log on and check status via the internet than to have someone in customer service so nonchalantly let you know that your 18 working day order is going to be 12 working days late.

Ok, I promise no more rants on my late/way behind submissions.

LOGIN (YOU NEED YOUR PASSWORD)
IT WILL TAKE YOU TO THE NEXT PAGE
PUT YOUR CURSER (TURNS INTO A HAND) OVER COINS (BLACK BAR NEAR TOP OF PAGE)
DOUBLE CLICK "MY ORDER STATUS"
