A Couple Nice Toned VAMs

Here are two of the lots I picked up over at Heritage tonight. Beauties.
1886 VAM-1A Top-100 One helluva premium for a very attractive coin. But there were a few budders that went the distance up to a bid increment. This PCGS 66 will replace my NGC 65. Just an outstanding, gorgeous piece.
1885-CC VAM-4 Hot-50 Won't dethrone the PCGS 66 in the set but will stick around as a companion perhaps unless I find a nicely toned gem dmpl of the variety.

The curved line inside the top loop of the 6 in the date.
I saw both coins during my evening cherrypicks last night too. Unfortunately, I couldn't bid on either coin. The 1886 was already out of my price range due to the amazing color. I'm willing to bet it looks even nicer in hand. The 1885-CC was just plain out of my price range.
Congratulations, both coins are exquisite.
