  The auction was ebay and the lot # is 8360599524 -- it was difficult to get a good look to check the condition -- particularly the marks on Liberty's cheek.

  For that coin the condition probably isn't that important. Many of the "GSA" collectors try to acquire one of every known date and mint combination known in GSA holders. There probably aren't very many 1903-O dollars in GSA holders so if one shows up and you can afford to, you buy it.
