Are the PCGS price guides high, low or right no for the most part?

Trying to figure out what my collections are worth, ball park, and was wondering if using the PCGS price guide was a good ball park. Thoughts?

somewhat decnet BALLPARK.

But most are very high...take about 25% off price listed and thats about what you can sell it for.

As I know only $10 Indians and $20 Saint Gaudens, I would say for some it is high and others waaay low......Low on the really rare stuff and probably becuase there is little published trading of some issues.....How do you value a pop 1 coin?

In the case of one of your coins the PCGS price guide value is barely enough to cover the buyer's fee.
