Got my new lens

I was so excited to get this lens that I stuck it on the camera and took this pic. I had to make several attempts as this image was taken free hand. That was no easy task at the range I was at. Now, I need a copy stand and some lights!!!

Could someone please PM me instructions on how to properly post images?

My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 2 (2003). My son was diagnosed with Type 1 when he was 17 on December 31, 2009. We were stunned that another child of ours had been diagnosed. Please, if you don't have a favorite charity, consider giving to the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation)

I just bought a new camera and lens also, so I know what you mean. It is hard to freehand with a macro lens.

Yes, Sigma 150mm macro on D70S. mgoodm3 was kind enough to get me pointed in the right direction. Now I have to obviously tweak a few things. This is truly my first attempt. I hope to be able to post images of all my Lincolns in the future, probably on a separate website.

Photobucket is a good hosting site for your pic's. Your pic is very nice but just a hair dark. Practice makes perfect as I've found
Edited to Add: On the "Home" page you'll see "Announcements & News". If you open that, you'll see a listing on how to post pic's to the Forum.
