Morgan 1900-O DOUBLE OR TRIPLE O MM

I looked closely at this 1900-O Morgan in a PCGS 64 HOLDER...a really nice coin... but it has what almost looks to be a triple O mint mark that is shifted to the right. Have any of the VAM experts heard of a triple O for this date?

First thing that comes to mind. Can you post a close-up pic?

I can tell you it is definitely not an O/CC. I have seen these with the exception of 1 or 2 of the rare ones that never show up unc.
