Question on Morgan 1886 VAM 1-C

I picked up an original roll of 1886s and several are VAM 1-Cs
They all show very pronounced and obvious clash marks just in front of eagles throat along with usual 3-2 clash marks between wing and wreath.
The throat clashes are very prominent but I don't see them mentioned in various descriptions of this VAM. Anyone have a similar VAM 1-C???
