PCGS pop report says 41 total . Heritage sold 7 this year both PR 64 for slightly over $1200.00. Don't know about R factor, but yes these are not growing on trees.

Judd says R5 (76 to 200). It is obviously less common if 65 than other grades, but most standard silvers in 65 can be had for somewhere in the high $1ks to the mid-$2ks. The exception is high R7 standard silvers, which can go for $4k or more (even up to about $8k).
