Can silver top 9.00 and

hold past the New Year?

With it stopping just shy of it today- and looks to increase at a rate of .08-.10 daily- do you see a stopping point and why?

will you dump all your old stuff if she goes over?

  • Personally, I'm gonna hold out for $50 silver. You gotta think bigger than $9, man.

If you've been sitting on silver waiting to get your money back and now sell your going to be real sorry soon. Every market has a decade or two of going sidways after a huge correction. A decade from now there's those that maybe saying the same thing about the stock market or realestate.
  • What was Silver at in 1979 - 1980 ?

  • It's not an intent to sell just yet- the market is still in an unsteady situation. the question was general as for what silver was back in the late 70's hell I looked for a history via kitco- but it can only pull me to 99, but over a 10 yr cycle- silver at this time is doubled in spot. So if she ever gets to that 50 mark would you dump slow or fast?
  • $10, or $12 in the new year, seems reasonable.

I'm holding until the goverment gets their out of control stupid spending under control. It will go up until then and then I'll dump what I don't collect no matter what the price is. I did love slapping a 64 Kennedy down on the counter at my coin shop and getting 20 bucks back then though.

Yes, I think silver can top $9 and beyond. That's not going too far out on a limb, eh? image

Selling out one's holdings in gold and silver as the markets finally make their FIRST big leaps may leave you in a position
where you cannot buy back in comfortably again........and miss the major moves to come altogether. I've seen a number
of former traders shift their stance as of late to say hold, rather than trade a portion of one's position to lock in a small
profit. The big moves are yet to come. If you are out on those, you've missed the boat.
