Who is the coin dealer who offers the service: Get my coin upgraded and I pay a fee ?

I have forgotten who the dealer is (I think in the northeast area) that will work at getting a coin upgraded - and if he does, gets a fee of some sort.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

    Superior recently put out a feeler ad along these lines. It was more for just screening your coins to see if you had one that would fly. I don't remember them looking for a fee though. RCNH...their website shows a guarantee...if you buy a raw coin it will grade the same or higher at a TPG. But I've never heard of them taking someone's coin and trying to get it upgraded for a fee.

    You can send the coin to me and I'll submit it.

    If it upgrades, you only have to pay me 30% of difference in value image

    Yep--Call Warren Mills at Rare Coins of New Hampshire--It's not the 15% they make on an upgrade-- the value is they GUARANTEE the coins won't downgrade; or worse yet bodybag!!! With al the puttied/smoked gold and thumbed silver around, it's pays to let a pro screen your coins first.image

    RCNH...their website shows a guarantee...if you buy a raw coin it will grade the same or higher at a TPG. But I've never heard of them taking someone's coin and trying to get it upgraded for a fee.

    We actually don't even charge a fee for successful upgrades any more, just the actual grading fee applies. Warren Mills the owner has an excellent eye and doesn't take unnecessary risks. Contrary to popular belief, there are dealers out there who enjoy helping collectors.

    And we always guarantee our raw coins will grade as advertised as well. If anyone has any questions please click here to email me or send a PM with your address.     In that case, I'll LOWER my fee to 13% plus I'll GUARANTEE you won't get a downgrade OR a body bag - you'll either get the coin back in the same holder or a higher grade!
