for pre 1915 proof and ms and better date/type pre 1915 circulated coins
in general
for current grading pcgs,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, is that it is usually correct and usually a decent coin
sometimes it is under or overgraded

This is really simple... grading standards loosened over time, and then at some point last spring, totally jumped back. That's why you have both people complaining about overgraded coins and undergraded coins.
