possibly undergraded but no matter what it has great eye appeal for a proof 61 and eye appeal is the only and most important consideration
also a great historical coin and a also a killer opportunity value coin

I'd say that eagle quarter proofs are not too expensive considering that very few proof quarter dollars where minted; under 1000 for most years. You don't have to spend big bucks and you get a rare proof to look at once in a while
