A thin,blank,struck copper planchet

They actually all describe it. I've seen many blanks, but this is the first with a formed rim. Found in a original wrapped 60-D roll, any thoughts?

I am currently finishing up an article for Errorscope on strange patterns of upset, some much more bizarre than this, and some that received an off-center strike.
