I Suspect We Have Another Troll in the Dungeon!

There is a newbie poster that asks questions that are too stereotypical... all the questions of the 20 most virgin newbies rolled into one.

While there is no dumb question other than the one not asked, this member has found too many of them!

<< <i>does that mean that they accepted my 70 grade?
sound like they indeed gave it a 70 mark.
the grading standard used by pcgs is based on 70? >>

<< <i>just got my 2005 halves from the mint today.
i look at the end coins of the 20 rolls i bought, and
2 rolls appear to be dmpl and 1 has a slight cameo look to it. not enough frost for me though.
my question is why doesnt the pcgs have grades in a pl or dmpl in the price catalog for the un coins? they only list dmpl and dc for the proof sets. >>

I have a question, I've been here a little under 2 months, and these trolls everyone keeps talking about... are they people with 2 ID's and just act really dumb under one of them, or are they only under 1 ID and try to make fun of coin collectors?

Like last week maybe, someone was acting really dumb about gold plated St. Quaters, and everyone was calling him a troll... does he have a different ID that he goes under or what?

I think this one knows his/her stuff.... you need to to get the newbish questions right. I think it is an alt ID seeing who he/she can bait along.

If you are for real, I apologize. We get a bunch of trolls who come here to stir trouble and make useless posts.

Look at your Half Dollar Post about DMPL. Go look at 5 DMPL PCGS coins on e-bay, then look again at your photos.

Look at the price of a 1961 Proof Set. Look at the price of the highest graded 1961 Proof Jefferson (Not even a 70). Do you REALLY think you had the luck of one in a million and got a coin better than the best graded in a HSN proof set that would be worth 4-5 figures? If it were this easy, one of the smart people on the board would have done it first.

Once I was young, foolish and uninformed.

After 3 years on the Forum, I am no longer young

and I am better informed. However I am still foolish.
