Attribution for Baker-unlisted Washington death medal?

In recognition of all the Washington-related stuff coming up for auction in the next week or two (ANR, Stacks, etc), can anyone tell me anything about this item? As far as I can tell, it's unlisted in Baker (or I'm blind, which is also possible), and that seems weird. How comprehensive is Baker generally considered to be?

    It is probably FAIRLY comprehensive, but remember you are talking about a reference written 120 years ago. There are bound to have been new discoveries since then.
