Shipping cost more than PCGS graded Walker

I was just looking though the Walking Liberty Half's on eBay. Since my set is not all top grade coins I am trying to find coins in all the different grades. Well I see this coin in VG-8 and the BuyItNow is for $4.00. So I hit the BIN and proceed to check out. This guy only ships Priorty Mail or Express mail. So I select the Priorty Mail and up pops $4.85 and $1.30 insurance required. $6.15 to ship a four dollar item.
And just to make it interesting some of you might like to see his excellent photos also.
