Would it have AT and NT subcategories?

Well, it'll be useless anyways, because people will still list AT coins in the NT sub categories

  • It may be a good idea because then perhaps it would let me view the nice white coins I like without the rusty toners.image
Everything I write is my opinion.

It would surely open the "crap" and "scam" floodgates, they're cracked open now and they would fly all the way open if they were to do that.

On a related note, nicely toned copper cents come back red brown from pcgs when they are only red purple blue and green and NO brown. I think I would rather have one of these than a "real" red brown! What say you... Mark

I think that would just confuse people--the categories are generally clear cut... is it a cent? Small? Lincoln? 1909-1939? Good, you've got a category. What really defines toned is up to the seller. I'd think more coins would be listed there undeservingly in hopes of attracting more attention... it's not needed.

All you have to do is search " toned" in US coins and they will all come up if they mention the toning in the auction.
