1982 cameo penny PR70

Hi, if anyone can help me that I would appreciate it so much.
I recently purchased a 1982 PR70 penny at an auction. They have the book value on it at $1500. I can't find anything on it in any of the research I looked through. I don't know much on coin collecting. I was hoping someone out there can help me figure out what its worth.
I'm not sure if it has a flaw either. PLEASE HELP!!
Email me at scramer@treb.com if you have any info.
thank you in advance!!!

How much did you pay would be my second ?
What auction ?
Who listed it worth 1500 ?
If you don't know anything about collecting, what prompted you to make such a purchase ?
Just curious, Sherri. Was the price too good to be true ?

New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.
It was from the Professional Grading Service or something to that effect. Its all incased, with a printed label insert. I big mintage number. ( what does that mean )
I paid only $10 for it from a local auction that I've been going to for months... usually estate things.
What do you think?
edited to add: Not all grading services grade to the same standards.
from the original owner with that price quote. How would I know if it had a flaw in it? It has a defect in the copper it seems on the back.
Professional Grading Service is probably worthless. Just my opinion.

I'm just guessing here, does your coin's holder and label look like this one, or this one or maybe this one?

Thanks everyone for your help! I have it at home, but I can bring it in tomorrow with more of the details.
