Any good dealers on Long Island?

I'm new to collecting and would like to find a nice local dealer on Long Island whom I can trust. I refuse to deal on eBay or from individuals without a solid reputation. I plan on spending about $10,000 a month to acquire rare coins including but no limited to gold, pre 1933 silver, and PF66+ coins. I would prefer original coins that are not dipped and with some sort of originality. I certainly don't want a collection of overgraded widgets. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

The second thing I'd do is narrow my focus substantially! $10K a month is a lot of money to put into coins. How do you want to spend it? Do you want to buy $500 coins? (in which case you'll need a big safe to hold it all!) or do you want to buy a couple of $5000 coins a month?
I think you'll have much better luck if you first identify what you're really interested in, do your homework and become knowledgeable about your chosen coins and then seek out the dealers who specialize in the coins you've selected.

Ira Einhorn and his company American Coin Portfolios is based in Oyster Bay.
Anthony Swiatek is located in East Manhasset.
You can also try contacting Stacks. They are on 57th Street in Manhattan.
Authorized dealer for PCGS, PCGS Currency, NGC, NCS, PMG, CAC. Member of the PNG, ANA. Member dealer of CoinPlex and CCE/FACTS as "CH5"
BTW, the last time I was in he had just returned from a coin show with some outstanding classic coins (both gold and silver, toned and white).
Under no circumstances should you just walk into a coin shop and say: "Hi, I'm a new collector and I want to buy high-grade Seated and Barber coins and Indian Eagles." Even if you do stick to PCGS/NGC coins, how will you be able to tell if the coin you've just been sold has been over-dipped or not?
