It's a special chamelion nickel, changing its color according to the background. Very rare. Only a few made as presentation pieces to kings and potentates of bygone eras.

Apparently as hard as it is for people to add the 'd' to phrase 'doubled die' correctly instead of 'double die' which also irks me. I hate it when I see a top TPG put it that way as well.
