  Hey, good to see you around again, Tom. I'd agree it's tough from the pictures, but it definitely looks PL to me. MS62? Pretty coin, IMO.

  The coin looks PL and is MS, but I've seen PCGS go the AU58 route on coins with that much chatter.

  In hand its got the look I like, which I guess matters most, neat die polish lines in the hair...under high magnification it looks cool.....and like I said, they are hard in PL.....not bad for cheap

  It's hard to grade with the pics presented, but I would guess a possible 62 PL.....
