Have any new "extra leaves" Wisconsin quarters been found lately?

I went to a coin show last weekend and saw 2 raw lower leaf Wisconsin quarters with a price of $240 each. And it made we wonder If people haven't found any more? Doesn't it kind of look like the ones found already are going to be the only ones? With the internet and all the news reports about them I would think a lot of people were looking for them and if somebody found a bunch of rolls in a city somewhere wouldn't somebody say something about it by now? image

    There have been no further reports. This is the type of thing which couldn't be
    kept quiet if there had been another release. It's probable that well over 90%
    of the total issue of D- WI 25c has been released and it is becoming improbable
    that there will be more. Coins which are made together tend to be released to-
    gether not only geographically but also temporally. For whatever reason, it is be-
    ginning to look like these dies had very short runs.

    And since--unlike halves and dollar coins--quarters are widely used, it is also likely that many of those remaining have slipped by people looking for them into circulation, and that heretofore undiscovered mint state specimens are going to be hard to come by.

    They don't seem to be selling all that well or bringing stupid money on eBay.
    theknowitalltroll;
  • I live in Tucson where they were 1st found and I haven't seen one yet or since.
  • I have found one of each errors in my change. They will grade at least AU58 if not MS. It looks like they came right from the roll but dont know how to grade quarters. They will be slabbed one day.
