Barber Coins at Australian Auction

Noble had a coin auciton with a bunch of world coins this week. Included were a bunch of US coins including Barbers. Here is an example of the grading and price result for one coin. ( There is a 15% fee on the hammer price.)

Good price, extremely conservative grading.

The coin shown seems closer to XF then VF.

GVF (Good VF) is equivalent to our XF40.

The price would be in Australian dollars.

With an exchange rate of 74 cents to the Australian dollar, there were some great deals in that auction.
