Great year for a coin , however, I agree with Don on this....I think it is ED and even if NT, I wouldn't get it....and, I love 1968 coins....

Darn Ben,you beat me to it. I saw this coin when I was scrolling through a list of auctions and a quick view of the thumbnail and I was certain it was one ugly AT'd piece.When I happened to see that it was PCGS certified I was quite shocked.Whether or not it is actually AT or just a ugly NT that should have been bodybagged for ED;this is definately not a coin I would expect to find in a PCGS cache.
Pretty strange looking. I guess it could be appealing if you collect these coins and want one that's different (just to have a total range of what's possible). Not exactly what most would consider attractive toning.
