  This 1934 "Peace" Silver Dollar has been cleaned.
  
  When I read this in the auction description I had my first clue that this coin may have been cleaned.

  they meant HARSH CLEANING. However, that much cleaning to me looks like DAMAGE. If you want this coin for putting in an empty slot, I guess it's okay, but for my money, I would pass.
