First, unless you are using your own picture server, upload yours to the PCGS message forums. When you do that, include the stuff I wrote below, and don't forget to include the closing / right before the last IMG.
In order to see the syntax of how the command looks, right click someones picture, choose properties and you'll see what they entered. Make that same sort of entry within the command structure shown above and as long as you have your picture uploaded to the CU forum you should be in like flynn.
If you are uploading it to PCGS's storage area it will sometimes change the name of the file. Go to the test forum and put the picture in a message as an attachment. Click on the attachment to see the picture, then right click the picture and select properties so you can get the actual file name and location that you will need to put in your profile signature.
