I have a 1948-P Frankie that I think would be graded AU but it's got FBLs...

Has anyone ever gotten a AU Frankie with FBLs graded by the top dogs? Just curious. In fact, it could be higher in grade for I do not know how to grade them. Sorry, no pics.image

I recall somebody asking this question a few years ago. As I recall, the answer was no FBL on circulated coins. With some dates however, I think FBL on circulated pieced could be justified such as the 53-S

They don't grade circulated pieces for FBL. The 48 coins are probably 99% FBL anyway, so the designation wouldn't mean much.
Some refer to overgraded slabs as Coffins. I like to think of them as Happy Coins.
