  You buying the coin or the plastic? $48 for the plastic seems about right....how does the coin look to you?

  I called the guy today and he said i might be interested in it. I have not seen it, but he said He would hold it for me if I was.
  I don't have to buy it until i see it... Ebay has a BIN of $49.00, so I guess it is a OK buy.

  I called him back and He's Holding it for me! I got it for $42.00, EVEN better!

  I'd have to see the coin... there's a small jump to 66, and they can be MUCH nicer. If the coin isn't a high end 65, and a very high end 65, pass on it.

  You're not getting gouged..........put it that way.
  
  Being the last year of issue, 38-D is the single most available UNC coin in the series.
  
  Everybody saved them.
  
  They will never be rare....but they will always be a good deal for anyone who wants a nice specimen of a Buff.
