  BobaFett72: I honestly can't tell from your photos if the coin is an AU or Mint State.
  
  Based on your photomicrograph, with 4 feather tips showing underneath the 7 feathers, the coin is an 7/8 TF Strong variety.

  I can't get any feeling as to whether there's full, unbroken luster from this picture.

  the scans from the scanner show lousy luster but very high detail. there is full luster front and back; unbroken

  Body bag, cleaned/polished, if the picture is accurate.

  Was going to say overdipped low grade unc., but you used a scanner, so I'll just say 61. Looks like ther's lots of chatter all over the coin. VAM 40, by the way, if I recall correctly.
