What is wrong with Heritage

I signed up and they said with-in 72 hrs they will email me. the first time i did it i waited 4 days got nothing. i re signed up ( and if they had it in pending it would say that the email adress is already used). but no i re filled it out all out and waitied another 5 days. Why wont they get back ? what do i do
