  We try to have one once a month and everyone is welcome HOWEVER go to the opening post of the last swap, the Halloween Swap and familiarize yourselves with the rules.
  
  No newbies will be permitted to take part unless they comply with the rule set in place to prevent Hit & Run scammers. If I do not know you and you are new here you are to furnish me with your Name, a verifiable address, phone number and email address. Should you wish to remain anonymous to others I will honor this but your info will be made known and held in the strictest of confidence.
  
  This is for everyones' protection as we run clean swaps around here and will NOT tolerate such misbehavior. Read the rules. They are self explanatory and if you are new here and wish to take part simply follow the rules and contact me.
