Hate to rain on the parade, this coin was clearly thumbed!
Looks like the image is enhanced too. Look directly at the cheek. See the light to dark frost? The majority of the time that signifies thumbing to hide lines or marks.
I learned this afer being burned. Its really hard to tell.

Im almost 100% sure your right...there seems to be some other enhancements as well...
<<That looks amazing! How long did it take you? >>
The coin is a PCGS MS65 PL in an old green holder. Actually, it is a very nice PQ 65 and has some nice deep fields. I cloned the darkest part of the fields and also cloned out the luster grazes on the cheek. There were also two small hits in Liberty's hair that I also cloned out. It took about one hour per side to photoshop. If I would have spent two hours or so (using smaller air brushes) it would have been really difficult to tell the image had been altered.
It was pretty fun making an MS 65 PL look like a MS69DMPL.

<< <i>Amazing how many people completely missed the point of the thread. The intent was to show that a lot of time was spent altering an image. >>
