  Looks dipped long ago and allowed to "mature" in a dull, gray lifelessness. If there's luster under there, it's hard for me to imagine it.

  THAT is the most hideous-looking NGC MS63 I've ever seen!
  It looks like an AU50 with all that crud hiding the details.
  This one should have been market-degraded!
