If I buy some of these unopened proof sets what do you think the chances are of pulling a cam or dcam for my collection?

Sego is an optimist.
The fact is that the "mint sealed" proof set gig is one of the biggest scams on eBay. Probably 95% of the stuff has been picked over and re-sealed.
