Right now, I'm thinking it won't happen. I believe as of late PCGS has been tough on CAM. Russ, I guess you'd know better than any of us though on this issue.
Nice coin - looks like it has a very good shot at PCGS cameo.
The reverses usually are easier to get the cameo designation, its the obverses that are tough. The four or five 1965 cams that I have handled all exhibited very reflective mirrors with medium contrast.
The 1965 is very difficult to find in cameo - far easier than the 1966 and 1967.
I'll guess SMS 65 Cameo on this one. (with a shot at 66 )

<< <i>Russ, is that a planchet defect on the cheek below the eye?? >>
Yep. Pretty common on these.
<< <i>Russ are those hairline scratches above ONE CENT on the reverse, a slight rub or just a scratch on plastic ? >>
Hairlines. Also pretty common on these. The MS64CAM I just made also had both the planchet flaw in the cheek and the hairlines in the lower obverse fields. But, in addition it had more problems in the obverse fields than this one.

Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good... I hope you get lucky on this one and the coin certainly looks good!

For SMS coins, they are beyond tough right now.
