  Yep, this is the second time around for this guy. His auctions were pulled less than a week ago for the same thing!

  Of course the coins are not PCGS quality coins, especially at the grades listed...but I can hardly see what they are doing that's against the rules. Perhaps I didn't look too deeply into it, but it looks like they are selling Coin World holdered coins that are way overgraded (subjective) at a relatively inexpensive price. What are they doing that's illegal enough to "report" them?

  Chuck, according to Ebay, it is "keyword spamming" and against their rules, when a seller includes things such as "PCGS" in the listing title for a non-PCGS coin.
  
  People who are searching for PCGS, NGC, ICG coins, etc., end up with listings like this seller's and they shouldn't have to weed through them.

  This is the title of the auctions. Not illegal just against the rules. Throws off key word searches.
