Yeah. That is one of the stock explanations that Ebay allows. I sent him an Email, and never received a reply.

I won't stoop to his level. Perhaps Ebay will take some action.

if you want to get nasty, you could turn them into eBay for the bid retraction - and get them NARU'D

but why there is 4 more days to auction end

if they won the item and they did not want it, they would slow pay (or no pay) and then go after the 7 day return

I could see were panda1946 might not be happy now - with all their bids, they are committed to another 9 bid increments at least

He stiffed me for $80+ dollars on an ANACS certified 2c piece. He wouldn't answer my e-mails and was a total "brown eye" as he puts it in his response to one negative. I'd never recommend him or deal with him again!

That's one of the stock ploy's crappy bidders do. They try to find where your minimum reserve is and then retract their bid.

Later (if you don't block them from bidding), they come back in an snipe if it's still something they want knowing about where your reserve is.

That's why you see his many sucessive bids trying to feel out your reserve.

I would block him from future bidding and still follow through trying to get him NARU'd from eBay.

There was an article I linked several months ago about the scams pulled on eBay. Maybe I should try to resurrect it. There's a lot of new people here that might benefit.

Ebay responded to my complaint, with a noncommital Email, and no apparent action.

I just tried to add keara99 to my blocked bidder list and it would not accept it three times in a row. I then noticed that keara99 was already on my list, which tells me that this person was mentioned here before!
