Washington Quarter specialists: is there a 1953-D "D over S" variety?

I was wondering this as I was looking at this coin, are there any repunched mintmarks known for that year?

Baley, looks like you and i both need to purchase a microscope.
Never heard of or seen an 53 D/S.

1953d/s 25c OMM-1 is a neat variety, as it is actually d/d/d/s.
