New PCGS member with submission questions

I just joined PCGS with the Silver membership and have never had any coins graded. The first coins I want to send in are the Marine proof, Marine Uncirc and 2 high leaf Wis, 2 low leaf Wis quarters? What services should I use for these coins and does PCGS do anything with the Wis x-leaf as far as sets? Last ? How do you send your coins in, as far as packaging goes? Thank you.
