  Looks darn near flawless on the obverse. The reverse has a few hits - the most distracting on the wing. Can I give a grade? Nope.......

  Sorry. That's just an opinion of the pic, not the coin. The curls are pretty flat above the ear, and the hair at the forehead has what looks like light disturbance. The central feathers are weak. It may be the mushy strike, or may be light rub on a retoned dipper. The luster is hard to pick up from the image. If it's weak strike, it looks like a 5 to me based on the strike and the hits on the wings. I might really like it in hand, but the pics make it look really flat.

  64-65 if no problems. It doesn't have the customary toning that is usually in the same general area on most 32s. Can't tell till you look at the surfaces. JMHO. Good Luck.

  Yes,ebay coin.I will not know if it has a rub till I receive it.Im hoping it looks better in hand.It does look a little washed out,but could be the scan,as a few others he had looked the same.
  
  Small gamble,and hard to find halfway good looking 32's.I buy up all I can find,and that's not many.

  One thing folks should keep in mind in trying to grade Washington quarters from 1932 is that this year is different from every other year save for the Light Motto 1934 quarters. So, what you may or may not see on a coin from the late 1930s or 1940s may or may not be the same for a 1932. Having stated that, I think the series of marks along the top of the eagle's left wing, starting from UNUM and skipping through the wing, are enough to pull this coin out of MS66 or even MS65, depending on how it looks in-hand. The obverse looks nice enough but way too much light was used to get the image. My gut feeling is that this coin will be an AU58 that would be sold raw by nearly everyone as an MS piece.

  Thanks!.I always appreciate your knowledge.I dont mind saying that I payed 64 money .
  I also didnt think the small marks on the reverse would matter that much,considering the obverse is the money side
  All in all it's fun.Seriously,I enjoy the hunt/suspence of taking a gamble
