Those are some NICE errors!

I can't say that I have a favorite ONE....But I am tryng to complete a set of MS error Ikes.
I am almost done, but I need some help!

If any one can help me fill in the blanks...PLMK.

Needed: 72-S, 73-P,D,S and 74-S
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

I thought this was some kind of error but found out later that some nincompoop ground down a penny so that a gumball machine, or something, would accept it as a dime.
