Coin magnifier from the past

I remember having a magnifier a long time ago that could quickly check loose change that my father would bring home. It was a small box shaped contraption with a tube to load the coins in , a cheap lens, a small light bulb and a slide that allowed you to flip the coin over for a fast inspection. Do you know what it was named and is it still being produced? The reason I'm asking is that I have a 5 gallon bucket full of loose change that I've accumilated over the years. I want to check them as quickly as possible before throwing them into one of the coin counters that you find at the supermarket.

    A Scan-O-Matic. Interesting item, neat operation, poor optics. I don't think they've been made since the early 70's.

    I actually have one of those in the closet here. I remeber it like yesterday. When I was a child, I picked it up at the flea market. It came in its original box with the original instruction guide and it is brown. It was quite neat. I would not put a million dollar coin in it though-only because I do not want it scratched.
