Adding photos from "My Documents" - help requested

I see when I click on the photframe icon button it asks for a url. How do I load a photo into a reply which is located on "My Documents." It seems I was somehow able to email a photo somewhere and get it sized down and then at least post a link. Am working with a PC. Any suggestions.

Right-click on the image, scroll down to "Properties", and there's your URL.
However, your image will not upload here if the filesize is greater than 50 kilobytes.
