2 Morgans - grade and VAM opinion, please

  I'm not very good with grading. I'd give them both an A+. The top coin shows some clashing under BUS. There are two 83-O Morgans that have part of the O mint mark transferred to the obverse of the coin. Check out the area near the wheat stalks for signs of the O. I'm at work now or I'd give you the VAM numbers and links to images.
