  On the bottom of a listing it had something about sending payment to a male who claims to be a Doctor? What drives a person to be this crooked that he is seemingly oblivious to potential Federal charges of Fraud and or Mail Fraud? Man, talk about a low-life!

  This seller ramped up when Pamela was ramping down...quite a coincidence. I think not.
  
  You can google Dr Clark......we're not talking Einstein here. More like cracker jack box degree. Same MO as Pamela Donnelly...just another name. Another nail in the coffin for ebay.
