ralph [ rjp ] and i [ billzach ] have a one time project coming up in 2006 in which rjp will carve one side and billzach the other side of a coin and will be offered for sale, i feel honored that ralph and i will do a carving together...
Musky1011: just out of curiosity, was the guy carving with manual or power tools?
My friend and I stopped at a local shop Sunday and she picked up a hobo nickel, it was crude with no date but she only paid 2 bucks(modern carving)!! Since she is new to the hobby and thought the history behind old hobo's were cool, I didn't try and rip it first(although I really wanted too).

Notice on the back near the tail feathers "RJP 05".
It's not a BillZach carving.
It's a little crude for Billzach. It's one of mine
As for MS64 - since I know what I did to that coin, I must have MS70 pocket change.
