IKE Guys: Will that normal scrape across IKE jaw keep the coin from grading 66? How about 65?

There is that scrape that I see on many IKEs on the jaw. I even see it on the reverse across the eagle's head. Will either of those keep the coin from going 66?

    The proper way to ask the question is should it.? I have seen IKEs with the scrape on the eagle in 66 holders. Never seen a 67 in person, so I could not say on those. But, for a 67, I should hope so, too.

    Easier for it to fly on the eagle than it is on Ike's jaw.
    'Don't think it would go on a 67....JMHO.
